Mental Health Awareness to Counselling Session Among Young Adults in India​
The study follows a descriptive research design. A survey with predetermined questions was created and distributed to people residing in India using Google Forms. The purpose of the study is to see the degree of mental health awareness and its effect on counselling sessions among young adults who attend counselling sessions.

Sample size:-
We received 556 responses, with an average age range of 18 to 21. About 72.3% of the participants were female, while 26.4% were male. Few individuals choose not to pick either. A small percentage of the respondents were full-time workers or interns, while the majority of them were classified as students. According to their demographics, 93.3% of them reported being single or not married

Rapid urbanization, increased digitalization, and societal changes have contributed to a sense of disconnection among adults. These phenomena impact mental and physical health, productivity, and societal cohesion, making it imperative to explore their causes, manifestations, and potential solutions.
